Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. This policy applies to all EU customers, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which includes a 30-day return period, and extends to international customers as well. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is available.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

Returns & Exchanges 

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Golf Sneakers:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Confirmation

When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your return has been accepted and your refund is being processed.

International Returns

International customers (outside the EU) may also return items within 30 days of receipt. All eligibility conditions apply. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.
