Easy Returns

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds

We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them, unless we need more information from you. During holidays, sale and new releases your return may be affected. The second we have handled your return, we will refund you by the same method you used to pay. Your refund will show on your bank account within 5 working days. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days, please contact your bank for more information. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
